VTS begin to gradually applied to our country after 1990 s,the efficiency of monitor of ship's navigation in port area has obvious effect,but according to the statistical data,ship accidents still occur,almost is the aground and collision.By doing research in Xiamen VTS,the personnel on duty judge aground danger according to their experience,it cannot according to ship's maneuverability,has certain subjectivity.In order to improve the accuracy of the early warning of danger,expand the application scope of Personifying Intelligent Decision-making for Vessel Collision Avoidance(abbreviation as PIDVCA),it's essential to study the model of aground danger early warning and intelligent collision avoidance decision-making model and algorithm of ship for particularity and complexity of port area,do the following research work:1?Based on the analysis on ship intelligent collision and danger avoidance decision-making mechanism,study on the composition avoidance module,put forward the model of forecast recovery limited time of ship and priority avoidance,propose a new method to deal with the composition avoidance model of ship.2?Consider the shortage of existing models of chart data retrieval region,take ship type and scale and its maneuverability and normal practice of seaman into account,on the basis of the design of safety track belt of ship,use geometrical analysis method,combined with the questionnaire results,utilize distance to new course and departure of ship under different rudder and course to construct the different levels model of aground danger region makes it suitable for port area;then,by defining the area properties,do research on ship intelligent danger avoidance algorithm,and integrate it into our independent research and development of Ship Intelligent Control(referred to as SIHC)simulation platform,through the simulation verify its rationality.3?On the basis of the early model of PIDVCA,through the geometric analysis method,consideration of restrictions such as waterway channel line in port waters,optimize the model of collision risk of early warning of ship,do the research on ship intelligent collision avoidance decision-making model and algorithm for port area.Using vc++ programming integrate into PIDVCA algorithm,in the form of dynamic libraries are integrated into the SIHC simulation platform,set the typical case simulation to validate the rationality of the model and algorithm.4?Preliminary application of the model of aground danger early warning and the algorithm of intelligent collision and danger avoidance decision-making.To integrate the algorithm intoSIHC simulation platform of the target ship server,on the one hand,as the key technologies in VTS intelligent regulatory server terminal,preliminary realization of collision and aground dangerous intelligent early warning information display and automatic transmission;on the other hand,make the target ship achivev automatic track keeping,automatic collision avoidance and danger avoidance,become so-called "simulate intelligent ship".
