Research On The City Transformation Oriented Innovation Development

The historical process of the transformation of international urban cities obviously revealed a regularity——there are several stages of transition throughout their own development. The border town from the growth of the international metropolis of Shenzhen, including the rapid pace of development, the huge amount of the city, the strong momentum of development, as well as the rapid rise in the international influence, cannot cover the fact that the development of Shenzhen is a condensed version of the urbanization process. It also followed the world of urban restructuring and development of the objective laws.The circle structure between inside and outside of special zone formed the overall spatial structure of Shenzhen, while the inside zone assumes Zonal structure. Meanwhile, Shiyan City which locates in the transitional zone of two circles is a typical Node City, it is not only the extension of Innovation corridor of Dashahe which is famous as home of Innovation industries, but also directly illuminates the diffusion of the fisrt-circle industries and urban advanced functions. The developments and transformations of Shiyan City are the barometer of the ones of Shenzhen. This paper selects the Shenzhen urban transformation of the typical sample of Shiyan City as the core research platform, using literature research, case comparative analysis, empirical research, systems analysis, and other research methods, through the rocks to Shenzhen transformation analysis of connotation of clear. The purpose of this study is to deepen the understanding of the city and to promote the field of international big city the most complex object, study the transformation theory of rich city from theory and reality and system.This paper researches the issue with the aids of literature research, case comparative analysis, empirical research, systems analysis, and other research methods. This paper is arranged as follows:the introduction, the summary of the theories, different countries as a sample case, the Shiyan city development and the theoretical summary.The paper concludes that:Firstly, urban transformation is the general regulations of most major cities in the world, such as high-end oriented, Internationalization of urban functions, industrial upgrading, complicated social formation and so on. Secondly, In a diversified complex condition, the government, enterprises and residents not only have active intervention, but accept the objective laws of urban transformation passively. Thirdly, from Shiyan to Shenzhen, have already represent obvious state of transitional development, because of the limited space resources.In the end, providing more public products is the effective path to promote urban transformation, with the purpose of ensuring residents life and corporation production.
