According to diversified load case of locomotive car body,based on the structure characteristic of diesel locomotive car body,analysis and finite element model is set up,rigidity and static strength of car body is analysis. Strengthen the constructional elements of weakness; constructional elements of strongly were optimized specially. In the precondition of ensure strength and rigidity, get light weight of car body possible. Result of analysis will offer effective foundation to car body design of 200km/h passenger diesel locomotive.Textual mostly research effort include some content hereinafter:The steel structure of car body is complicated three-dimensional space. It is particularly analyzed first, analysis and model is set up by rational simplified.According as TB/T 2541 - 1995 standard and experience of locomotives used in china, four cases are confirmed: Vertical load case, lengthwise compression load case, succor case, torsion case. Distributing and numerical value of load in four cases above analysis and confirmed.Calculate and analysis the model. Analysis rigidity, distortion of car body is analysis in vertical load case, gained circs of car body’s distortion, gained most distortion numerical value especially. Analysis strength, car body in four cases above is calculated and analysis, confirm places should be optimized design bases result.Contrast result of calculation and static strength test, indicate result of calculation and static strength test is approximate.Adopt optimum design method of I-DEAS software. Calculate car body by optimized, in the precondition of accord with standards of China, realizes the aim of light weight.
