In recent years, along with the communication network of highly perfect and user information acquisition technology further popularization and application, promote the interaction between grid and users. Based on optical fiber to household resources of electric information acquisition is to enhance the customer service capabilities, the establishment of intelligent technology base for electric service system, is an important content in the new smart grid model to study, but also to achieve the user with electric information acquisition and safe, reliable and accurate operation.This focus on how to build a safe and stable use of electric information acquisition channel, based on fiber to the user resources under, through the establishment of fiber optic concentrator and collector to achieve area transformer concentrator of uplink optical fiber communication, and buildings within the fiber splitting box at the ONU equipment and ordinary meter optical fiber communication, and analyzes the electric information acquisition services fiber +EPON multiple access to the ways and means, in order to achieve the whole fiber households in residential buildings to the not yet covered OPLC composite cable of all electrical energy meter of fibre channel uplink access.In this paper, the ad hoc network of the concentrator and the optical fiber module, combining the ONU module and single-phase, three-phase meter, collector, concentrator module, using fiber +EPON access mode, using the uplink transmission application of EPON system, concentrator downlink carrier communication mode, build out a with high generalisability of distribution network electric energy data acquisition business implementation.After the completion of the design of key modules of the formation and networking mode, combined with technological advantages in the results of this study, presents the results in terms of 0.4k V optical fiber communication access network, 10 k V optical fiber communication access network and distribution automation application prospect.
