| Inner Mongolia is rich in solar energy resources, and it have broad prospects for development and utilization. Based on the overall development plan of Baotou City and the economic developlment plan of Shiguai District and Tumed Right Banner, and under the premise of forecasting of the electricity load of Inner Mongolia Power Grid, this dissertation make a planning for the solar power project in Baotou Coal Mining Subsidence Area, and do a power balance for assessing its impact on the power grid. The issues mainly discuss the folloing questions: make an analysing and prediction of the load characteristics of the Inner Mongolian Grid and Baotou Grid, based on the economic development of Inner Mongolia. Then make a prediction of the load in Baotou Coal Mining Subsidence Area, considering new construction project. Make a describtion of the distribution of solar and wind energy in Inner Mongolia, and analyze the output characteristics of photovoltaic and wind power. Make a power balance for Inner Mongolia Grid, According to the load forecasting and installation arragement and the relevant principles, then analyzed its peak load capacity. Make a planning of the access scheme for new solar power generation industry, and proposed specific measures to increase the accomodating capability of solar power.The planned photovoltaic industry projects located in the territory of Shiguai District and Tumed Right Banner in Baotou City, and its total installed capacity is 2000 MW. After the completion of the photovoltaic project, it supplys the nearest access to the spot for the surrounding load. And its load and planned installation capacity will reach balance basically. Because the PV peak of Inner mongolia has a certain overlap with the afternoon peak of the load, the PV generation brings less peaking pressure than wind power. Since the generation capacity of Inner Mongolia Grid is much more than the load, and the heating provided by thermal power unit must be considered, so there is still a pressure in accomodating of renewable energy. With the increase of the load, the strengthen of the network structure, the construction of interconnector, the supplement of corresponding peaking power, the peaking problem of Inner Mongolia will be eased. |
