In the last decade,Hunan province even the national highway career has achieved remarkable results.Wtih the rapid increase of highway mileage,the highway pavement maintenance problem is more and more important..In terms of Hunan province, it can be expected that the construction and maintenance and highway career will enter and given priority to maintenance model of development gradually at the end of the "twelfth five-year".But in the actual pavement maintenance work, maintenance standard and maintenance decision is optional, and maintenance efficiency is not high,and maintenance requirement and maintenance shortage of funds is contradictory.In this context, the highway pavement maintenance decision and optimization is of great significance to maintain and continuously improve pavement technology, and to prolong the service life of pavement, and to give full play to the benefit of the pavement maintenance funds.Based on this, this article studied the problem of Hunan highway asphalt concrete pavement maintenance decision technology and focused on the subject of asphalt pavement with the actual of Hunan province highway pavement maintenance decision. The main research results are as follows:(1) According to the surface material and structural layer combination form and thickness difference,this article has carried on the Hunan province highway asphalt pavement typical structure in the form of division.Through to the representative asphalt road pavement testing data of the statistical analysis of calendar year, it determined the highway asphalt pavement damage characteristics of Hunan province and pavement performance.(2) Through the analysis of Hunan province highway the existing defects of pavement damage evaluation index, and with the characteristics of the asphalt surface damage in the province,this paper established a new method for damage of asphalt pavement condition evaluation.Based on the needs of the pavement maintenance decision, time series forecasting model has been established which is microcosmic performance of asphalt pavement damage rate and rut depth model as object.(3) Tightly around the core of Hunan province highway pavement maintenance decision work content and the problems,and using scientific analysis method and theory,the empirical formulae of Hunan province highway asphalt concrete pavement repair project funds and pavement performance index has been established which is effective auxiliary in highway management planning road network decision-making of pavement maintenance.Based on the combination of maximum variance empowerment theory, this article put forward about the goal determination of project level pavement maintenance methods and solved allocation problem of the network level the pavement maintenance at the project level level.In addition, this paper also studied the optimal distribution of pavement maintenance funds solution,and established the decision tree model of asphalt pavement maintenance demand analysis.Besides, the article put forward the planning in asphalt concrete highway maintenance optimization model of the link and maintenance countermeasures which is based on the theory of benefit-cost than sorting.
