With the development of urban modernization,the elevator has become an indispensable means of transport.The continuous increase of the number of elevators has brought great challenges to the safety supervision work,so it is needed to optimize the elevator safety supervision system.This paper analyzes the Gongshu District elevator safety supervision status,using analytic hierarchy process method,safety checklist analysis method and reliability based on RCM analysis method,to establish the model of safety supervision,optimize the elevator emergency rescue process,and based on the technology of the Internet of things to explore and design a kind of elevator safety supervision system.The main results are described as follows:(1)Use hierarchical analysis method to study and establish for enterprise safety risk evaluation of lift safety supervision model.And use the safety check list method to analyze the security level of the enterprise.providing a scientific support for today's man-machine contradiction of elevator safety supervision mode.(2)According to the present elevator maintenance mode of advantages and disadvantages,combined with the characteristics of the electromechanical integration equipment fault,based on the reliability of RCM analysis method,to study and establish the elevator maintenance management model.(3)Research on Elevator emergency rescue and supervision system which composed of the elevator emergency rescue platform,the emergency rescue team and the elevator emergency rescue network.(4)With Gongshu District elevator safety monitoring system research and development work,Design the overall structure of the elevator safety supervision system,operation content design,explore and design the elevator fault and signal acquisition system module,remote monitoring terminal module,website and APP.
