The Risk Assessment And Applied Research On The Old Elevator Based On Safety Checklists

Elevator,which can be found in the shopping mall,hospital and high-rise residential building,is an indispensable mechanical and electrical products in daily lives.It is necessary and frequently-used.However,with the increasing tenure of use,elevator is worn out and aging severely.If not maintained or changed timely,it may lead to accident.The potential risk of the aging elevator has become the focus problem of the current supervision department.It is not practical to reduce the potential risk of the old elevator through overhaul,renovation or update without consideration.Thus,an accurate,scientific,practical and effective method for the safety risk assessment to evaluate the aging elevator should be considered.It will become the basis of the overhaul of elevator,which not only solve the potential danger,but also avoid the waste caused by overhaul,renovation and update.At present,there are a lot of researches on the elevator evaluation that provide ways to evaluate elevator risk.But most of them did not be applied or popularized due to several reasons.In this paper,the component part and the operational principle of elevator will be introduced,and then the inspection and testing data and fault data of aging elevator in Liuzhou and the elevator accidents of the whole country will be analyzed.Accordingly,we can identify the risk of hazard of it and make a conclusion of its risk and features.Next,the elevator risk assessment in home and abroad will be analyzed,various highly-used risk evaluation ways will be introduced,the contents and procedure of aging elevator and works out the safety checklist of it will be elaborated.Thirdly,in this paper,an accurate,scientific,practical and useful safety risk assessment which based on the Safety Checklist of Aging Elevator has been made through the study and research,includes a detailed instruction on the measures of the risk reduction and the safety.The research of aging elevator's safety assessment has draw lessons from some internal user institutions,maintenance institutions and examines institutions.The Safety Checklist of Aging Elevator Risk Evaluation which includes all hidden dangers of aging elevator,without omission or repetition.The Safety Checklist,which is well-organized,emphatic,full in theoretical basis,clear,simple and practical,can greatly improve the efficiency of the evaluation work.In a word,the research has great theoretical and practical value.
