Civil aviation industry is closely related with each citizen, is the foundation industry of national economic and social development, and is the leading development of the service industry. As a modern air traffic and transportation, the national daily life role is self-evident, the social and economic benefits are immeasurable. With the development of modernization of our country, the air traffic line network gradually formed a mature system, connected across the traffic artery, and greatly promoted the development of the trend of globalization.Along with the constant development and expansion of China's civil aviation industry, the surge in the number of passengers, aviation staff also feel more and more from the pressure of the parties and contradictions:first is the original infrastructure scale and the increasing number of passengers between the contradictions exposed, coupled with passengers to civil aviation company is more and more high level requirements and bringing greater pressure. Contradictions can not be effectively resolved easily sharpened. During a public event or special events for flight delays, the airline of emergency management measures will directly affect to the parties to the company's heart feeling, and further affect the overall evaluation of the civil aviation industry, suffered a crisis of confidence. Therefore, the airline service and emergency management of special events occurred after it is particularly important to resolve conflicts, enhance the overall evaluation of civil aviation services is particularly important.The civil aviation service conflict problems of today's China's civil aviation industry service system has a brief analysis, specific measures for emergency management of civil aviation companies to explore and try to establish a set of feasible emergency management measures.
