Intelligent building in our country will have great development prospect in the construction field. And it will bring to productio n and people's life efficient, comfortable and convenient.Baikang Commercial Plaza is located at the junction of Ganzhuang Road, Tianyang co unty and the secondary road between Nanning to Baise. The municipal facilities are fully eq uipped. The project of Baikang Commercial Plaza has three components:Baikang Comme rcial Plaza residential building, Baikang Commercial Plaza apartments and Baikang Comme rcial Plaza office building which total construction area is 57222.88m2. The residential bu ilding is first class high storey building which height is 57. Om. The apartments are also fir st class high storey building which height is 56.8m. The office building is first class public building which has 11 floors, the floor height is 4.9m.This article comprehensively analyzed the structure and composition of intelligent buildi ng systems. According to users'requirements and related specifications, the author designe d the building automatic system by using Auto CAD. Based on clients requirements and indu strial standards, a building automation solution was designed for intelligent building system s, and the solution includes high voltage and low voltage distribution system, power and li ghting system, emergency lighting system, fire control auto-alarm system, electric fire m onitor system, bellows pressure system, lightning protection system, ptical fiber wiring s ystem, intercom systems, video monitoring system, drainage system and etc.. Accordi ng to project requirements for the intelligent building system, a community management sys tem was designed and implemented.
