"Intelligent building site" combines with big data,cloud computing and other scientific and technological means to manage the construction process,so as to realize the visualization and intelligence of project construction management,while construction workers are the core of the whole construction site.The author starts from the bad link of the construction site management experience.Taking soft system methodology as the theoretical guidance,the author deeply analyzes the manager's demand,perceives the problem situation,and determines the root definition of the related system,constructes the conceptual model,analyzes the improved scheme and finally determined theoretical framework of staff management system in the context of intelligent construction site.The research on employee management system in the context of "intelligent building site" has two meanings: For the construction workers,the scientific management mode ensures their personal interests.And for the construction industry,it promotes the harmonious and harmonious development of the construction industry.This paper aims to study the design process and method of staff management system in construction site.In the part of theory summary,the basic concept and system design method of intelligent construction site are introduced.Then,existing cases of intelligent construction site are analyzed.And the reasons for studying and designing employee management subsystem in the large-scale system of intelligent site are pointed out.In the part of user research,the category of site management personnel is first determined.In the stage of qualitative research,observation method and in-depth interview method are used to do basic research on the current situation of management of intelligent site staff,and the flow of site staff management tasks is determined.In the quantitative research stage,the KANO model analysis method is used to determine the user's demand,and the importance of the user's demand is sorted.In the part of design strategy,seven steps of the software system methodology are used to analyze the user demands of the employee management system in the "intelligent building site",and the conceptual models of each subsystem are determined.Based on this,the theoretical framework of mobile terminal and PC terminal application,face recognition attendance gate and intelligent safety helmet in the staff management system is produced.In the part of design practice,based on the previous information architecture,the author completed the prototype design of mobile and PC applications.The author analyzes the face recognition attendance gate and the intelligent safety helmet from the ergonomics dimension and completes the modeling design of the two equipments.After the design practice is completed the design results are evaluated and the improvement points are summarized.In the part of design practice,based on the previous information architecture,the author completed the prototype design of mobile and PC applications.The author analyzes the face recognition attendance gate and the intelligent safety helmet from the ergonomics dimension and completes the modeling design of the two equipments.After the design practice is completed the design results are evaluated and the improvement points are summarized.
