During the 12 th Five-year Plan Period, the civil aviation industry in our country has a more great rapid development. The general aviation continues to expand. The expansion of airport and the new building airport have a great rise. So the requirement of flight procedure also has a sharp rise. The traditional hand-drawn flight procedure cannot meet the needs of a large number of flight procedures. And only a few numbers of domestic companies has developed auxiliary flight procedures design system. Therefore, the auxiliary flight procedures designs still have a great space to promotion.Based on this situation, the thesis drew in view of ICAO documents Doc8168,and through a lot of research. Establish a complete set of flight procedures design model on AutoCAD. Under the standard of flight procedures design. Through using Visual LISP language in AutoCAD, Combining of DCL dialog box. develops the auxiliary flight procedures design software based on AutoCAD. This software achieves auxiliary flight procedures design, Provide a method of simple and efficient flight procedures design. Succeed to improve the efficiency, precision and quality of flight procedures design, effectively ensure the safety of flight.This thesis focuses on doing optimization and transformation for the coordinate system used by the computer-aided flight procedures design. So the user can input the parameters they know, for building the model of approach,departure and visual maneuvering(circling) in the vicinity of the aerodrome by using the LISP language to develop the software AutoCAD. So as to build the software architecture of the computer aided design. By this way the track and protected areas of approach,departure and visual maneuvering(circling) in the vicinity of the aerodrome can draw automatically. Finally, to summarize the results of the thesis, and prospect the further improvement of the computer-aided flight procedures design based on AutoCAD.
