Research On Quality Management Of Zhengxi220KV Substation Expansion Engineering Projects

The electric power industry is the pillar industry of our country to safeguardnational economy normal operation, protect national energy security and ensure normalproduction and life of the people.With the continuous development of our economy andthe improvement of people’s living standard, the demand for electricity and theinvestment for power construction project continues to increase, more and more newconstruction, improvement, expansion of power construction projects were approved.Substation is an important part of ensuring the normal operation of the power system. Itis used to change voltage, control and distribute electric power, and it is the transmissionand distribution hub. In recent years, a large number of substation expansion projectsthroughout the country to carry out the construction. In order to meet the growingdemand for electricity, many areas substation expansion projects greedy big and fast, leadsubstation expansion project quality is difficult to guarantee, and pose a great threat tothe safe operation of power grid. Substation expansion project quality management hasgained increasing attention, how to ensure the quality of substation expansion project inthe new situation has become an urgent problem to be solved.In this paper,we analyzed the substation expansion project quality managementresearch status at home and abroad, and based on it we studied the project qualitymanagement and substation expansion project quality management related basictheory.We analyzed the factors and key links affecting the substation expansion projectquality management and the uniqueness of the substation expansion project qualitymanagement, and proposed strategies to improve the substation expansion project qualitymanagement.Taking the Zhengxi220KV substation expansion project as an example,Weconducted an in-depth analysis of the quality management system of Zhengxi220KVsubstation expansion project, analyzed the quality planning, quality control and qualityassurance process of the Zhengxi220KV substation expansion project qualitymanagement comprehensively. In view of the existing Zhengxi220KV substationexpansion project quality management problems, we put forward some improvementmeasures. This paper provides a scientific basic for the implementation and improvementof Zhengxi220KV substation expansion project quality management, and has a certainsignificance for other substation expansion project quality management.
