Fuel Gas Monitoring System Of LNG Hybrid Power Ship

Compared with foreign research,our research and application of mixed LNG ship power plant have just started,but the recent domestic industry relevant departments and enterprises and research institutes actively so as to put to the LNG fuel as the field of Marine power,but also achieved some important results.In August 2010,west Hubei blue gas co,LTD "Wu tug 302" for the LNG hybrid fuel transformation,and test and trial success in Wuhan.Ship sea trial data show that the dual fuel mode,the parameters of the engine under different working conditions stable,part of the performance of a diesel engine pure diesel improvement;Diesel engine in the specified speed range of the internal energy efficient fuel conversion,the conversion process convenient and quick;Diesel engine under the rated conditions were significantly improved and noise pollution;LNG gas alternative diesel rate can reach 66%-80%,economic benefit is very obvious.So far,I have nearly 200 domestic LNG hybrid ship,ship form has two categories,bulk and tug,engine power cover 330,330 and 440 KW,and other specifications.After sailing no load and full load show that the hybrid,power can completely satisfy the requirements of the original vessel,speed and running is stable,and the original ship,diesel,the average replacement rate of60% ~ 70%;In mix combustion mode,the SOX to achieve a one hundred percent reduction,NOX emissions by 85% ~ 85%,CO2 can be 15% ~ 15%,and at the same time,noise,dust and oil waste water discharge is also greatly reduced.According to det norske veritas statistics,as of June 2013,the global total of 40 LNG full power ship and nearly 40 LNG and diesel hybrid ship in operation,and another 35 ship LNG full power of the new order.The agency is expected in2014,global operations the full power of LNG ship number will rise to 63,2020 or 1000.New Marine fuel brought new risks,the behavior of the system uncertainties and accidental release of energy has a harmful effect on human beings.How to improve the frequency of inland,coastal and port transportation,ensure the safety of navigation of the ship at sea,river,prevent LNG hybrid of collision,fire,ran aground,improper management,technology and design flaws,and even terrorist attacks may be the cause of LNG leakage and,in turn,fire,explosion,threat vessels,personnel,and the surrounding environment,establish various offshore vessel digital monitor network system has become extremely important.LNG hybrid vessel monitoring systems of the research can be effectively ship-shore data communications,complete mixing and LNG powered ship gas leak information collection,information processing,information transmission work.In a proactive approach to safety ofnavigation services,at this stage the water traffic safety supervision and management of information on our maritime ship inspection agency requirements.
