The Research And Development Of Ship Location Public Service Platform Based On Beidou Satellite Communication

The BeiDou satellite navigation system is a satellite navigation system with independent intellectual property rights in China.Within the scope of service,it can provide highly reliable fast positioning and precise timing services for all types of users throughout the day and night,and it also has two-way short message communication functions.In areas of the ocean that cannot be covered by other means of communication,connection between the ship and the shore using Beidou satellites is the most appropriate method of communication.For China's maritime industry,the complex maritime environment and natural conditions,as well as the development of ship informationization and modernization,make ship managers more aware of the importance of building ship-shore communication integration.Based on the above background,this thesis put forward by the BeiDou satellite navigation system,geographical information system,Internet technology,many kinds of technologies such as cloud computing technology integration build ship position public service platform based on BeiDou satellite communications,for small and medium-sized ship managers to provide real-time location information service of the ship.In this paper,Beidou satellite communication is adopted as the communication mode of ship position public service platform,and the overall structure of the system and the architecture of the Beidou communication subsystem are designed.According to the idea of building ship position public service platform based on cloud structure,Select the Cloud Server as the system data center server architecture.Based on the analysis of user needs,various functional modules of the system were identified,including positioning and trajectory,ship fuel consumption,ship information,and system management.The software development environment is established,writes server-side programs in the Java language,uses HTML,CSS,JavaScript,jQuery,etc.to design the system interface.Each function module of the system is packaged separately and the application processing logic module is deployed on the cloud server.Completion of the functional realization of the ship's location public service platform.This paper studies design of ship's position based on Beidou satellite communication is public service platform adopts B/S architecture,has a good cross-platform features,users via mobileterminal or PC browser can view their vessels position information anytime and anywhere,can provide data support for the ship management,improve the level of ship management information.
