| With the development of high-speed train technology,the in-vehicle network to achieve the real-time state monitoring and fault diagnosis of train security running state will be the future technology trends.Since bandwidth restrictions,the TCN could not achieve the large-capacity data communications.However,the sensor network of train running state security detection based on the techniques of Ethernet,not only can achieve the real-time monitoring of the train running states,but also provide intelligent multimedia services for passengers.It can enhance the security,reliability and comfort of the train running states.Based on the development of the sensor network of train running state security detection,in this paper,we focus on the research of deployment optimization methods for the network nodes by analysis network nodes equipment and data detection.Firstly,we analyse the features of the various types of train sensor network node in detail and put forward a node deployment proposal.Through analyzing the delay of network node,we also optimize the node deployment.In order to ensure the real-time of in-vehicle network important data,a priority scheduling mechanism is introduced.Priority is configured according to the data type and the degree of importance of the different detection tasks,and calculated the scheduling communication delay bound based on the priority.Secondly,the train sensor network model is build up based on OPNET,simulation node deployment optimization and priority configuration effect that largely met expectations.Finally,in order to conquer the industry field interference,this paper designs a vehicle-mounted field industrial Ethernet switch with industrial CPU control chips,switch chip and EMC requirements.The research could provide reference for the train sensor network optimizing. |
