At present,the State Grid is vigorously developing smart grids,and it is required to construct a comprehensive safety monitoring system and an information interaction system for the entire power grid as soon as possible.The construction of smart grid is premised on the current situation of the networkization of power systems and the rapid development of information technology.The successful application of various new technologies has promoted the development of smart grids.As one of the most important technologies in the information field,wireless sensor networks play an irreplaceable role in the construction of smart grids.However,wireless sensor networks still have problems in energy use efficiency and data transmission reliability.Researchers at home and abroad have conducted in-depth research on this issue in order to better optimize the power communication network.This paper mainly improves the network energy usage efficiency by optimizing the wireless sensor network routing protocol,prolongs the network life cycle,and ensures high network coverage,so that the data transmission has higher reliability and better satisfaction the demand of building a smart grid.The specific work done in this paper is as follows:(1)Aiming at the problems of large energy consumption and low data transmission reliability when the wireless sensor network in the power system environment is large,a clustering routing algorithm based on quantum ant colony for wireless sensor networks is proposed.Based on the study of the classical LEACH protocol,the algorithm sets a parameter L in the clustering stage.For the two adjacent cluster head nodes to be selected,the distance between the two is first determined.If the distance is less than L.Selecting the node with large residual energy as the cluster head,and the other naturally becomes the common node,thus ensuring that the formed cluster is more reasonable and avoiding the clustering phenomenon of the cluster head;introducing the quantum ant colony algorithm in the inter-cluster routing stage,changing the position of the ant.The quantum revolving gate in the quantum evolution algorithm is selected to update the qubit representing the current position of the ant.Then,the update of the ant colony pheromone intensity is implemented according to the update of the location.Better search for the best path from each cluster head to the sink node and transmit data.The simulation results show that compared with LEACH algorithm and ant colony optimization clustering routing algorithm,the algorithm can effectively find the optimal routing path,which saves network energy consumption,prolongs network life cycle and has high data transmission reliability.(2)Problems in data collection and monitoring tasks for the surrounding environment of transmission lines passing through unattended forest areas: network coverage due to excessive energy consumption is reduced,data transmission reliability is low,and corresponding communication tasks cannot be completed in time and accurately.Based on the clustering routing algorithm of quantum ant colony wireless sensor network,this paper introduces the node dormancy strategy.A QACO-LEACH-P routing algorithm based on node sleep strategy is proposed.First,the node with higher redundancy enters the dormant state.When a dead node occurs,the neighboring node is awakened to maintain network coverage.Then,using the quantum ant colony algorithm in the routing phase,the optimal routing path is searched and data transmission is performed.The simulation results show that compared with DEEC and LDEEC routing algorithms,the proposed algorithm can reduce network energy consumption,extend network life cycle,improve network coverage,and have high data transmission reliability.Complex unattended wireless sensor network application environment.
