Study On The Impact Of Construction Industrialization On Engineering Cost

The eighteenth National Congress of the CPC Fifth Plenary Session proposed the new concept of the five,“innovation, coordination, green, open, shared, combined”. Construction industrialization in line with the five concepts, and the development of Chinese engineering cost industry has a positive role in the development.This article from the Architectural industrialization of the building construction cost of the impact, respectively, including the following:(1) With specific construction project as an example,the research on the influence of the cost of construction project cost, and the comparison and analysis of the cost and the cost of the fabricated construction technology, found the advantages of the construction technology in the civil engineering construction cost, and analyzed the reasons, and put forward the solution to realize the cost reasonable.(2) By using the analytic hierarchy process, the industry maturity of the building precast concrete component is analyzed,and draw the conclusion that prefabricate part industry maturity is low, and analyzes the precast concrete component cost is higher from the technology, system, subject, environment, and gives the corresponding measures.(3) Regional pricing mode in Guangzhou as an example, the impact of building industrialization on the current valuation mode, we find that the construction industry to the quota valuation mode and the list valuation mode can play a further role, and can further simplify the pricing model, in line with the tax“business to increase” development ideas, and for building industrial background of the new valuation mode to explore, confirms the list valuation mode is more in line with the future construction project development direction.At present, the research on the impact of building industrialization on the cost of the project is less. This paper attempts to explore three aspects, draw the conclusion: construction industrialization promotion, pricing mode will be by mechanical fee for the accounting standards; on the construction technology of concrete and construction assembly in the civil engineering problems; in the structural member, higher cost of prefabricated components, the main reason for design manufacturing integration mechanism is not perfect. I hope this research provides a basis for the study of the impact of the construction industry on the cost of the project, and can provide a reference value for the future development of the industry.
