Risk Assessment And Control Research Of Highway Engineering Construction

As an important infrastructure,the highway engineering plays an important role in the transportation career our country.As we all know,the construction of highway engineering has many traits,for example,complex technology,large investment,long construction period.The implementation of the highway engineering projects needs a lot of manpower,material resources and financial resources.In the process of highway engineering project construction,the construction of the highway engineering is faced with a lot of uncertainty factors,and the whole construction process is still in a changing environment.Therefore,because of the existence of the changing environment and so many uncertainty factors,the highway engineering contracting enterprises is faced with numerous and complicated construction risk.Therefore,the resulting construction problem will affect the implementation.Identifying,analyzing and assessing the construction risk during the construction of highway engineering and control the construction risk according to the result of the assessment at the same time has an important theoretical significance and practical significance.This paper selects the highway engineering as the research object.This paper analyzes and evaluates the construction risk and puts forward some countermeasures.This paper studies each part of the construction risk assessment and construction risk control of the highway engineering,including risk identification,risk estimation,risk index system,risk assessment and control.Mainly included as following aspects:In the first place,the paper put forward suitable construction risk assessment and control theory which is suitable for the national conditions of our country based on the extensive and in-depth study of domestic and foreign relevant experience related to highway engineering construction risk tentatively;Secondly,the paper researches the construction risk of the highway engineering systematically and summarizes risk factors identification method.On the other hand,the paper also analyzes the risk factors of the highway engineering construction and selects the highway engineering construction risk evaluation index system.The paper also sets up a risk evaluation model of the highway engineering construction and builds the structure system risk assessment of the highway project construction.Then,controlling and managing construction risk of the highway engineering on the basis of risk assessment.The paper combines the risk control theory and the highway engineering.In the process of highway engineering construction,forming a set of risk management system forhighway engineering construction eventually by constantly adjust and improvement.At last,the paper applies the risk assessment and control of highway engineering construction method which is established in the paper into an actual highway engineering project.It has carried practice exploration on the study of the control of the construction risk of the highway.
