Optimization Of Highway Construction Site Layout

In recent years,the highway construction projects develop rapidly,the annual number of construction scale and construction are constantly growth,people continue to accumulate the construction experience in the construction process.In many cases,construction experience can make people more effective in the construction process and conducive to the smooth progress of the construction work,but experience also likely to have a negative impact,the problem of construction site layout is one example.Highway construction site layout as an important part of construction design,and it plays an important role in highway construction guiding,but in the actual construction process often did not get enough attention,which causing additional construction costs,it is largely due to over-reliance on past construction experience.After a review of relevant literature and the author's experience in construction,the main problems exist in the construction site layout to be analyzed,that is the insufficient basis for the construction site layout scheme developed,the inadequate norms and standards,out of touch with the actual construction layout scheme,which lead to layout program failed to get enough attention.In response to these problems,now at home and abroad for further information,summarizing scholars' research and point of view in the construction layout optimization problems,while theoretically explained the real meaning,significance and basis of construction layout.Analyze the substance of the construction site layout problem,it found that should belong to quadratic assignment problem,combined with the main objective of the Project Management,to minimize construction costs for the optimization model the objective function.On this basis,comparative analysis of various types of optimization methods,it is found that Genetic Algorithm has incomparable advantage in other methods of optimization problems treatment,so genetic algorithms is proposed to solve the optimization problem of the construction layout.For the case that algorithm may have multiple optimal solutions,looking further evaluation and decision method of multi-program.In order to maximum to avoid the adverse effect,which subjective factors on the evaluation result.Based on the right to membership of entropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed,in this paper,which can solve the problem that "best of the best" multiple optimization program.Finally,verification of the optimization model and optimization method proposed in this paper through practical engineering cases,case analysis shows,the resulting optimization than the original construction program cost savings 13% by using Genetic Algorithm optimization model,which shows this approach is applicability in construction site layout optimization problems.
