Power plant contains a large number of pipes with various functions.The pipes are distributed in various equipment and walls to ensure the normal operation of various equipment and the efficient cooperation between the subsystems.Therefore,the pipelines of the power plant Layout design is an important part of power plant design.Due to the complex internal structure of the power plant and numerous layout constraints.Thus,to design the piping system according to the designer’s experience,it is difficult to ensure the layout quality,and it is a time-consuming work.Therefore,studying the automatic layout method of power plant pipeline is of great significance to improve the quality of pipeline layout design,shorten the design cycle of equipment and pipeline layout,and promote the development of power plant manufacturing in the digital age.This paper classifies the three-dimensional space pipeline automatic layout algorithm from the perspective of layout problem types.The constituent elements and mathematical expressions of the pipeline layout problem are analyzed.According to the advantages and disadvantages of different types of algorithms,find opportunities for different algorithms to integrate with each other to meet the requirements of power plant pipeline layout;For three common layout types,several new automatic layout methods for power plant pipelines are proposed and implemented,and improvements are made in constraint processing and algorithm efficiency optimization.This paper focuses on four aspects: layout space representation,pipe layout rule processing,single-pipeline system layout and branch-pipeline system layout.The arrangements are as follows:(1)Layout space representation and pipe layout rule processing.Use the grid method to divide the layout space,build an interference judgment model to obtain the location information of pipes and obstacles;The pipeline layout rules are classified from the algorithm point of view,and the rule processing method is designed.(2)A single-pipe single-objective layout algorithm(IAAGFA)and a multi-objective layout algorithm based on the improved adaptive A~* algorithm combined with the genetic fireworks algorithm are designed.Based on the idea of intermediate connection point,the adaptive A~* algorithm is combined with the genetic algorithm and the multi-objective genetic algorithm respectively,the establishment of the fitness function is defined according to the layout requirements,and the design of the genetic operator is completed.Improve the adaptive A~* algorithm,genetic algorithm,and the generation method of intermediate connection points;Build an experimental environment and the pipeline simulation layout experiment is carried out,the experimental results show that the proposed algorithms can effectively complete the spatial single pipeline layout task.(3)Drawing on the experience of single-pipeline system layout,an improved co-evolutionary genetic algorithm(CC-IAAGFA)is designed based on the idea of co-evolution.According to the characteristics of the layout environment,an effective collaborative strategy is proposed to speed up the operation of the algorithm;the simulated layout experiments of the branched pipeline system are carried out in several scenarios,and the experimental results prove the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed algorithm and strategy.
