Karamay City Style & Feature Planning Of KB City Group,Xinjiang And Research On The Strategy Of Guiding Control

Based on the research progress of the domestic and international city style planning, this paper discusses some problems existing in the city style & feature planning of our country, aiming at finding the breakthrough of it. Through to Karamay City Style & Feature Planning of KB City Group,Xinjiang,analysis and summary, the paper focuses on the thinking and exploration on the planning method.Based on the planning practice, summed up the Karamay City features and its characteristics of resources; under the background of Karamay to create world petroleum city as target, proposed the opportunities and challenges about urban style and features of KB city group, so as to make the goal and orientation of it; expounds the basic train of thought of it, focus on expression of the construction of the urban landscape spatial structure system framework and urban style non spatial elements of the guide and control measures.In this article, Based on the planning, the author summarizes the guide & control strategy in the planning process used to, and supplement and perfect, to find theoretical support, deepen the strategic approach, the formation of the "modal" as the breakthrough point of cityscape planning guidance control system.
