Abstract/Summary:
Primary and secondary schools are the focus of disaster prevention in the city.Although the school hardware facilities has a strong resistance against natural disasters, but lack of resilience.Supporting of The national natural fund project-The Resilient Research Based on Disaster Risk Evaluation of Schools,the author has set up a timely evaluation system.The system is able to support the project and other corpus.At the same time,the author in Wenchuan earthquake forecast disaster, disaster relief and reconstruction.The practice of the renaissance as the study clue to more in-depth study of primary and secondary schools of disaster prevention.Chapter 1:First of all, The author elaborated the background of research,clarified this topic research content and research direction.then, I have found the purpose of the study, significance and research scope and objects. I detailed the relevant theory and practice On it.Finally, I determined the research framework,research methods about this topic. they supports the future research.Chapter 2: First of all,The author studied the building process of general evaluation system.the study includes Including how to obtain, screening, update the evaluation factors. Then, I discussed the principles the basis and methods about constructing evaluation system. Through summarizing the theory and practice in regard to the related research, It could establish evaluation system through the toughness framework established. Finally,design a suitable technical route of establishing evaluation system of this project.Chapter 3: first of all, the author summarized and analyzed the related evaluation system has been built.I extracted a large amount of evaluation factors from the study.Then I filtered and analyzed the evaluation factors through the method of subjective analysis.On the basis of investigate and survey, I found the correct evaluation factors.investigate and survey is important link on topic.This study used the analytic hierarchy process(AHP), Delphi expert method and so on.On the base of the preliminary evaluation factor, the expert carry out investigation and survey.To research the relevant data obtained in mathematicalanalysis.The results can be revised evaluation, ensuring the objectivity and accuracy of the evaluation factors.Chapter 4: the use of analytic hierarchy process to assign weights evaluation system. According to this topic, I choose the five steps in the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) including constructing a model, to construct judgment matrix,hierarchical single, hierarchy, consistency check.Chapter 5: the author has carried on the empirical test after the final evaluation system on evaluation factors.If the evaluation system test the samples, we will get more conclusion.This is the macroscopic evaluation system. It can be constantly revised and added through practice.
