Construction Quality Planning Of Building Engineering Base On Maximization Comprehensive Benefit

But for the lack of practical way, construction units always neglected the potential benefits of proprietors' requirement satisfaction when they proceed the construction quality planning base on the principle of lowest construction cost. To ensure the quality planning of construction units were based on the principle of maximization enterprise profit, I have done the following research:In this thesis, we redefine maximization enterprise profit to maximization comprehensive benefit of single construction and redefine the influence of market share because of quality level to the potential benefit of single construction,so that the construction units can apply quality planning in single construction from the principle of maximization comprehensive benefit. With the consideration of difficulty in quantization of the potential benefit and quality loss cost, we conducted the planning of the best quality level using the theory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and got the execute solution.In order to establish relationship determination between the set of quality level and the set of execute solution, we proposed the method of analyzing the development organization's quality requirement by the combination of the questionnaire survey and directly enquiry, and used the satisfaction index to reflect its extent of completion; we regard the quality control point of the rework as construction units' quality requirement, and used the index of quality control to reflect its extent of completion. Then we collected this index as the detailed index of the level of quality, thus created a set of the quality level. At the same time, we confirm the execute solution on the principle of 4M1 E, and also proposed a method of relationship determination between the set of quality level and the set of execute solution by the analysis of previous data of statistic of quality.In this thesis we carried out some research on the theory of quality planning with an analysis of a pile foundation project and verify its operability and practicability.
