In recent years,with the continuous improvement of science and technology level in China,China's construction industry has ushered in a golden period of rapid development,and also the dramatic advancement has been achieved in Construction engineering technology.The project management of construction enterprise also transferred from extensive management mode to information-based and refined mode.BIM technology,as an advanced engineering management tool,has been introduced into China under the vigorous promotion of the government and relevant departments of the industry.However,there are still many companies who have doubts about the quality of this new technology.In order to promote the promotion and application of BIM technology,this paper quantitatively analyzes the input and output of BIM technology in construction quality control application,and also provides reference for enterprise decision-making.This paper mainly studies the performance evaluation of BIM technology applied in construction project quality control.Firstly,it expounds the problems existing in the construction quality control of the construction industry in China,and analyzes the advantages brought by the introduction of BIM technology into the quality control of BIM construction.Then the application of BIM technology in project construction quality control is introduced in detail.By constructing its performance evaluation index system,it puts forward an evaluation system including finance,management,organization and product.Finally,combined with the actual engineering case,analyze the specific application of BIM technology in the construction quality control of the project,and carry out comprehensive evaluation.The application of BIM technology in project construction quality control saved 986900 yuan for the project and realized a return on investment of 49.42%,achieving a relatively direct benefit.The comprehensive evaluation of indirect benefits is "excellent",indicating that the application of BIM technology in the construction quality control ensures the quality of the project.However,BIM technology still has great deficiencies in the actual application process,and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
