The Study On The Tourism Development Research Of Chongqing Anju Ancient Town Based On Community Residents’ Perception

With the further development of the ancient town tourism,foreign and domestic research on ancient town tourism is also increasingly rich.Domestic,based on the perspective of community residents’ perception of ancient town tourism have focused on tourism development in the research of the development of the mature after the social,economic and environmental impact,etc.,of ancient town tourism development of community culture and community participation in the early research is relatively small.Chongqing Anju town is at the early stage of tourism development,and research from the Angle of community residents’ perception of Chongqing Anju town tourism development,to further promote the sustained and healthy development of tourism has good theoretical significance and practical significance.This study first analyzes the domestic and foreign relevant community residents’ perception of ancient literature and the basic theory,on the basis of the perception scale at home and abroad for reference,construct the community culture,community participation,community benefit,economic benefit,environment five aspects in the ancient town of Chongqing housing community residents perception index system,and the Anju town of Chongqing community residents is based on a questionnaire survey of the tourism perception,on the basis of using SPSS18.0 statistical analysis software to Chongqing town community residents perception scale is verified.Then,using the IPA analysis to Chongqing Anju town residents perception data are analyzed.Through SPSS18.0 based on the satisfaction with the analysis of the relatively objective important to replace the readme important degrees extension method of IPA analysis method for the correction,according to the degree of satisfaction and extended importance constitute the coordinate values of the various indicators were distributed in each quadrant of IPA Chongqing Anju town tourism development indicators need to focus on and improve.Finally,index as the breakthrough point,through five aspects of Chongqing ancient town tourism development are proposed.Community culture,from the folk custom activity,the traditional arts and crafts,temple culture,five-arched style,Anju town five aspects as eight building tourism core culture;Gives rights to participate in community participation,the government system,and promote the construction of community participation mechanism;Community benefits,promote the communication between the various stakeholders,to promote community harmony;Economic interests,strengthen the Chongqing housing the linkage development of ancient town tourism and agriculture and fisheries,tourism and other industries’ income;Community environment,from the build public and tourism transportation system,smooth general characteristic path of ascension to optimize the construction of infrastructure.
