| Channel improvement project long construction period,a huge amount of investment,involving numerous processes,affected by various uncertain factors in the construction process,and facing unpredictable risks.Therefore in the process of construction,must give attaches great importance to,or engineering accident,appear easily lead to the investment of the project,progress,quality,and people’s life and property caused heavy losses.Relying on the Yangtze river in Chongqing waterway engineering science and technology project,this paper uses the basic principle and analysis method of risk management to establish waterway regulation engineering construction risk analysis and evaluation system,and combining the Jing jiang reach of bid Ⅵwaterway regulation engineering underwater riprap and water engineering application research on the construction technology such as the arrangement.The main research contents and results were as follows:1.This paper expounds the basic concepts of channel improvement project construction risk,established channel improvement project construction risk analysis theory framework;Using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process in channel improvement project,which can identify risk factors on the basis of the risk factors for weight calculation and importance.2.In accordance with the risk assessment of the construction technology of construction,based on the expert investigation method of risk probability estimation and risk loss estimation research;In accordance with the risk of structure construction,is proposed based on theoretical calculation,the BP neural network model,a second order moment method(hereinafter referred to as TCN-NN-FOSM)comprehensive analysis to solve the structure failure probability.That calculation sample data provided by the theory,the BP neural network model instead of the mapping between input and output of soft mattress structure between the establishment of a software structure of the display row of limit state equation using FOSM Solving Soft Mattress structural failure probability.3.On the basis of risk identification and estimation,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of waterway regulation project risk and structural risk quantitative evaluation,risk managers according to the level of risk and project characteristics of the system and take appropriate decision control risk,so as to ensure the smooth progress of the project.4.Based on the MATLAB platform,a combination of waterway regulation project risk identification,estimation,evaluation and control and so on a series of method and principle,the development of waterway regulation engineering construction risk analysis and evaluation system,greatly improve the working efficiency.5.Used in this paper,by using risk analysis method and the development of risk analysis and evaluation system,combined with the Jing jiang reach of bid Ⅵ underwater riprap and water engineering construction technology study,such as arrangement to verify the practicability and feasibility of the research fruit chan. |
