In recent years,highway,as a national and local economic construction focus,has been rapidly developed,however,the construction and management of the highway affiliated facilities are behindhand,the ones in mountainous areas in particular.The great changes in foundation conditions brings more difficulties to the control on its project cost.Although in recent years,some domestic scholars have made researches on the highway facilities ancillary's project cost management and budget management,they emphasize on cost management theoretically with few practical results.Therefore,it is pretty necessary to provide reference for the proposed affiliated facilities' design,cost control and engineering inspection by conducting researches on the project quantities and project cost characteristics of the highway affiliated facilities.This paper is set in the affiliated facilities project along Qingzhi highway and Bidu highway in Guizhou province,starting from the main structure,and the classification of structure characteristics of the sample project,analyzing each one's characteristics by calculating the project quantities on the major list and the project cost of major structures based on the construction design.It also extracts the engineering quantity index with real unit quantity characteristic signs and the cost index with a sign of real quality,and has got the index range.Besides,the main factors that have influenced the index have also been analyzed,and the suggestions for reference are given.In addition,it gives a reference index of different classes of service area,monomer construction engineering quantity in toll station and a reference of the main project cost by classifying the service area and toll station in the sample according to their construction scale and function.What can be concluded from the analysis in this paper is that: in the same type of structure,there is a big difference in the masonry amount of each monomer and the unilateral projects within the area of the wall primarily due to differences in the single space design on the upper structure;in the same type of structure,the storeys and storey heights have a great influence on the index of situ concrete rectangular column's engineering quantities,thereby affecting the engineering quantities and project cost ofthe reinforced concrete engineering;in different structures,compared with other monomers,the monomer with a raft foundation in the lower part have more reinforced unilateral quantities,masonry unilateral quantities,upper slab unilateral quantities,unilateral project within the walls,unilateral project on the ground floor area and its unilateral project cost on concrete and reinforced concrete is the highest;the unilateral tender control price of the sample with a strip foundation in the lower part is the highest;the project size is the major factor which affects the project cost.The conclusion drawn by this paper can offer a reference to the composition of project lists and tender control price of the highway affiliated facilities' construction projects as well as a investment reference for project owners and construction units,which has a positive significance to improving the highway affiliated facilities construction in our country.
