Research On The Application Of Quantity Calculate Skills In The Cost Of Landscape Engineering

The development of the construction of information technology change rapidly,the same as the engineering cost calculation technology.BIM three-dimensional calculation techniques have been applied to engineering cost of Structural Engineering?Installation Engineering and Municipal Engineering.In this three engineering field,they have calculated engineering quantity by 3D software which based on BIM.But the Landscape Engineering cost field has no 3D software been used to calculate engineering quantity so far,the application of calculation technology in the field of landscape engineering cost is seriously lagging behind.This paper summarizes the development of the field of engineering cost calculation technology,analyzes the history and current situation of application of calculation technology in landscape engineering cost,affirmed the BIM 3D calculation technology of high efficiency,importance and strong collaborative application,put forward the landscape engineering cost field will be introduced into the 3D calculation based on BIM technology.In this study,the real landscape engineering project is introduced as a case project,and the quantity of landscape engineering is calculated by tabulation technology and 3D software technology.Although there is no professional 3D software for landscape engineering calculation,this paper through the use of other professional 3D calculation software of flexible treatment for landscape engineering calculation,proved the feasibility of application of 3D technology in landscape engineering cost.This paper uses Glodon BIM calculation software GCL for Structural Engineering to calculate garden construction project,use Glodon BIM calculation software GQI for Installation Engineering to calculate the electrical,water supply and landscape garden planting project,use Glodon BIM calculation software GMA for Municipal Engineering to calculate garden drainage project.From the three aspects of calculation thought,calculation efficiency and achievement accuracy,the paper compares and analyzes the application of table count technology and 3D calculation technology in landscape engineering,and sums up the merits and demerits of the two calculation methods.At present,table count technology and 3D calculation technology have different lengths,and the development of 3D calculation technology is irresistible.But the table count technology will not be completely replaced.In the near future,the professional landscape engineering 3D calculation software will be developed,so in the end,some concrete suggestions are put forward to develop the 3D calculation software of landscape engineering from the application level.In addition,this study summed up the flexible application of GCL,GQI and GMA calculation software to calculate Landscape Engineering skills and processing methods,which can be used for reference in the work of the majority of landscape engineering cost practitioners.
