Glass curtain wall with its light weight, fast installation, adornment effect good advantages have been more and more widely used in modern architecture. Since the 21 st century, accidental explosion accidents occurred frequently. The blast shock wave damage splash around the glass curtain wall, with secondary damage to buildings and objects. According to statistics, glass curtain wall buildings in the explosion, the number of injured due to glass splinters accounted for most of the accident injury. Research glass in under the action of debris cloud explosion spatter rule for glass splinters caused by secondary damage assessment of the city public security to provide basic data. So researching the glass damage under explosion splash laws is necessary.This article mainly has carried on the following several aspects of research work.(1)glass of explosion test boxFor box fixed explosion experiment has been carried out three kinds of architectural glass, using high speed photography recorded the splash of broken glass. Test to get the same dosage, different distance from explosion cases three glass damage process of high-speed photography and glass debris cloud splash image.(2)glass debris cloud peak speed of researchThe operation condition of the splash damage to glass, through the analysis of high-speed photography picture, use two methods to get the maximum level of glass debris cloud flying speed.(3)glass debris cloud contour extension law researchWhen the maximum horizontal velocity glass debris cloud reaches a certain value, the outline of debris cloud symmetry in the center of the spray process is about fragments. For this kind of condition, and puts forward the outline expansion formula access method. Using this method to test the high-speed photography images processing, the expansion of the debris cloud is obtained under different working conditions. Results show that using the extended formula for the outline of the results agree well with the test outline.(4)the numerical simulation research on glass debris cloud contour extensionUsing ANSYS/LS_DYNA software under the action of the common glass in the debris cloud splash form is simulated, and compared with experiment debris cloud contour and verify the feasibility of material model and the grid parameters. Carry out the common glass in the same explosion distance, numerical simulation under different doses, getting a different dosage, the outline of common glass under the circumstance of the same distance extension rule.
