Explosion accident and bomb attacks to occur, according to somestatistics, the explosion accident in70%casualties due to two damageblast effects brought on high-speed spatter architectural gl ass damagecaused by the debris. Antiknock performance of architectural glass, caneffectively reduce the har m of high-speed flying two pieces of glass tobri ng. At present, domestic and foreign research on architectural glassin the wind, seis mic performance and constructi on design and ot heraspects of the more mature, and the study of its antiknock performanceis still in the initial stage, especially the numerical experiments verifythe simul ation work is very lack.In this paper,ANSYS/LS-DYNA program is used in anal ysis, ALEmethod is used to describe explosives and air flow field, and Lagrangemethod is used to describe glasses. Tensile stress failure of glass isconsidered, and shear st rain failure criterion is also increased.Parameters for different glass modeling methods and calculations aregiven. And through the static detonation de tonation experiment, validate the model of numerical calcul ation. The action processes ofshock wave on toughened PVB glass, common PVB glass, and floatgl ass are stimulated. The calculat ion results coul d reflect theexperimental punching failure phenomena of glass, the shock waveoverpressure occurred when fail ure are in good agree ment with theexperiment results.Research shows, toughened PVB glass has better explosionresisting performance than common PVB glass, and PVB in laminatedglass could effectively prevent glass from splashing.
