Concrete is the most important and widely used structural material in the world.Concrete can be subjected to occasional loads such as impact and impact besides the constant load and live load. When the impact energy is larger, the more destructive the structure, the more serious the loss.Abandoned glass emissions are huge, the source is very scattered, which is not conducive to the recycling of waste glass. The use of waste glass to replace the traditional coagulation coarse and coarse aggregate, both from the improvement of ecological environment, conservation of natural materials, energy saving, cost savings, and even increase the strength of concrete can be an effective way to recycle. It is necessary to carry out the research on the dynamic properties and the constitutive relationship of the waste glass concrete. This paper mainly studies the impact resistance of waste glass concrete. In this project,a large-scale finite element software ABAQUS was used to establish a model of impact ball impacting on waste glass concrete slab based on the impact model recommended by the ACI544 committee.Compare the impact of the concrete slab numerical simulation results with the existing experimental results is to verify the correctness of the model.Under impact loading, the impact resistance of glass concrete slab was analyzed by changing parameters such as the replacement rate of scrap glass and impact height of impact ball. When the single parameters are different, the influence of glass substitution rate and impact velocity on the impact resistance of glass concrete is analyzed by comparing the stress-strain curve, displacement time curve and stress-time curve of glass concrete.By comparing stress and strain cloud images, the damage morphology and stress-strain distribution of glass concrete slab under impact load were analyzed. The results show that the stress-strain curve of waste glass-reinforced concrete is similar to ordinary concrete. It also has the characteristics of elastic phase, stable fracture development, crack instability expansion and failure phases. With the same mass and different height impact simulations, with the drop height increasing and peak stress increasing,Vertical displacement increases, loading time is similar to the increase in the number of cracks in the glass concrete slab, but more evenly distributed.Glass-reinforced concrete has the same strength-strain ratio as ordinary concrete. The different content of waste glass has a certain positive effect on the increase of its dynamic strength, but it has little effect. It can be considered that the dynamic reinforcement coefficient of waste glass-concrete is equivalent to ordinary concrete. When the strain rate is low,the stress-strain curve has the elastic strengthening section. When the strain rate is high, the peak strength and the residual strength appear, and the high strain rate tends to increase the brittleness of the glass concrete. The stress-strain curve shows obvious oscillation effect in the descending section. The higher the strain rate is,the more obvious the oscillation is.
