Study On The Spatial Pattern Evolution Of Culture Recreation Business In Downtown Changchun

Since 1990s, culture recreation business constantly affecting people's social life as an emerging industry. It is different from the physical material industry, mainly in the soft form, such as cultural transmission and social recreation to change people's mental outlook. A study on the cultural and entertainment industry at home and abroad mainly concentrated in the industry management, industry characteristics and effects, studying from the space itself rarely. This paper takes the downtown Changchun as an example, the space syntax as a main method to research spatial evolution, it based on urban transportation and land use map about downtown Changchun, using CAD software to construct the axis map, then put in the DEPTHMAP software to carry on the axis analysis, from the perspective of space to describe the spatial form of culture recreation business, to summarize the evolution process of cultural entertainment industry in different historical periods. At the same time, analyzing the influence factors of the evolution process, which include urban planning, road traffic development and cultural and entertainment industry's own situation changes.Selecting the status of the culture recreation business as the main research object, using electronic maps and field research to substitute the data. The original data is analyzed by vector data symbol method and exploratory spatial data analysis method (ESDA) from orders of magnitude and the degree of agglomeration, drawing the following conclusion:(1) From the point of orders of magnitude, culture recreation business in the downtown Changchun show a central dense but less around, cultural and entertainment space is mainly concentrated in the circle, which center is People's Square and radius is a straight line distance from the people's Square to the South Lake Road (about 4 km).The development direction is mainly along the integrated nuclear extension in recent years, also the Satellite Road, Dongsheng Street, Jilin Road, the Free road is the most obvious. The spatial characteristics of all kinds of cultural and entertainment places basically meet spatial characteristics of the space of the whole. However, due to the different categories of their own preferences, so the spatial distribution has a certain difference. (2)From the point of the degree of spatial agglomeration, the high concentration area is mainly focused on the grid which is marked by Chaoyang Park, the area centered on Tongzhi Street, and in the area marked as Xintiandi shopping park. These areas are the traditional population concentration areas, which entertainment, business, services have spatial continuity, so becoming the city's main recreational areas. Low concentration areas are mainly concentrated in urban areas in the south, they belong to the new development zone of Changchun city and there has some other important facilities.but road integration degree and person flow is low. Thus the culture recreation business of the central city have a clear division called the "Cold hot spots". All kinds of culture recreation business is also affected by its own characteristics, and there spatial agglomeration has its own characteristics.This paper makes a detailed description which concludes the spatial evolution process, basic power, the influencing factors, the location rules and the preference of culture recreation business in the downtown Changchun, in order to provide a reference for the culture recreation business when its layout or planning.
