As the district in which urban commercial facilities most centralized and commercial activities carry out most dynamic, business center is the spatial Miniature of developmental level of Tertiary Industry in city. Spatial pattern of the business center which affected by multiple factors such as humanities,economy and politics has always been the important object on which Urban Planning focus on. As the largest and the most prosperous city in new Eurasian continental bridge on the section of China, with the strategic position of combining east and west region, north and south region of China, Xi'an has a leading role in the development of the western region and it`s also the bridgehead of The national Western Development Strategy and the business center city In Guanzhong——Tianshui Economic zone. To study on spatial pattern of the business center in Xi`an, especially to analyze the factors which plays an important apart in evolution and mechanism in the Market-led economic system and Urban planning and construction guide after 20th century has a special significance.firstly,the paper defines the business centers of each period and analyzes the evolutionary history of Spatial Pattern on the basis of considering The development of commercial and trade circulation and related research; Secondly, to level the business centers with a focus on Xi`an`s downtown in 2010 from the perspective of the Commercial facilities supply by field reconnaissance and quantitative analysis. furthermore, the paper designates the scope of business circles and re-analyzes the level of business centre by Consumer survey from consumer point of view, by comparing the results of two, the spatial pattern of business center can be finally determined; thirdly, to research the evolution of Spatial pattern of the business center in Developed cities in China as a starting point ,through analyzing the specific factors such as: economy,nature,technology and science,humanities in Xi`an to explore the main reason that boost the evolution of spatial pattern of the business center for example: industrial distribution,urbanization,urban planning and economic policy; Finally, with the prognostication of factor, the paper simulates the spatial pattern of business center in downtown and proposes the Optimization program.
