Schedule Optimization Research Of Intelligent Building Project

At the early 20 th century, building intellectualization engineering industry rises quietly in domestic estate market. Along with the intensive development of the reform and opening policy, investments of building intellectualization engineering rise gradually. And the implementation and schedule management of building intellectualization engineering has become a focus in this field. The purpose of this dissertation is to address problems existing in the schedule of building intellectualization engineering. By analyzing schedule problems and finding the crux of problems, the schedule of building intellectualization engineering is optimized according to schedule optimization theory and methods. This dissertation also discusses the components and the work breakdown structure(WBS) of building intellectualization engineering and expounds the necessity of schedule optimization in building intellectualization engineering. In allusion to the schedule making process of building intellectualization engineering, resource optimization methods—minimum variance method and load shifting method—are put forward to optimize the project schedule of the case in this dissertation, the resource distribution is balanced as the same time. Then an analysis of the optimization results is conducted and improvements of project schedule are proposed, which would ultimately reach the goal of schedule optimization of building intellectualization engineering. In the end, shortcomings in the dissertation are pointed and prospects about future research of schedule optimization of building intellectualization engineering are posed.
