The Strategy Research Of Tianjin's Old Industrial Building Renovation Based On The Haihe Ribbon Region

As an important international metropolis in the north of China,Tianjin formed its own unique cultural context in modern urban expansion and urban landscape in the modern urban agglomeration.On the basis of the Haihe river area,Tianjin formed an industrial heritage area,which has obvious characteristic of distribution along the canal.Starting with the Haihe river area as the breakthrough point,this article sufficiently demonstrates the history background and realistic feasibility basis,reveals the historical causes of the formation of the industrial heritage and layout characteristics.At the same time,the system elaborates the three innovation points,namely the protection of industrial heritage should be as opposed to a historic building;Transformation of the industrial architecture should be combined with canal culture;Industrial heritage reuse pattern should match its value.The second chapter revolves around the three innovations for analysis.Through the exploration and comparison of canal reconstruction cases at home and abroad,it discusses the connecting canal renovation and industrial heritage protection,so as to emphasize the canal for drivers of industrial building.The third chapter analyzes the development of Tianjin industrial heritage,style characteristics,recycling status and the existing practical problems,and sums up the layout characteristics of Tianjin industrial heritage,namely the coastal river form a "strip" pattern.The fourth and fifth chapter puts forward specific solutions and the feasibility of the transformation model,emphasizes the value evaluation system for transformation way.Finally,in chapter 6introduces different reconstruction techniques,and two kinds of regeneration are proposed according to the actual situation of Tianjin,which is protection-based repair technique and reuse technique mainly using transformation.
