| Urban bridge deck pavement distress is caused mostly by the poor performance of waterproof adhesive layer bonding,waterproof performance failure due to heavy task of city traffic bridge.At the same time,it could cause damage to the base surface of the deck when the deck pavement maintenance,the base surface are not flat on the construction of waterproof material resulted in a greater obstacle.Based on the above problems,the paper combined Tian-ningsi Bridge rehabilitation project,proposed high viscosity elastic waterproof adhesive layer technology for urban bridge pavement,under special conditions for the city to promote the overhaul of deck pavement for reference.This paper examined the Beijing urban road bridges,traffic load and bridge deck pavement distrss,analyzed the pavement by the force based on two bridge box girder features.According to the Tian-ningsi Bridge traffic conditions and climatic conditions,proposed the technical requirements of bridge deck pavement waterproof bonding layer,on this basis,developed a high viscosity high elastic modified asphalt,proposed high viscosity high elastic waterproof adhesive layer evaluation methods and technical requirements,through laboratory tests proved its excellent performance to meet the requirements of bridge deck pavement.Through the test road improved production and construction technology,and had been applied in the the Tian-ningsi Bridge overhaul project,by follow-up observations found that Tian-ningsi Bridge deck pavement in good condition and showed a good applicability.In addition,compared with the traditional waterproof material,high viscosity high elastic waterproof adhesive layer although the price was slightly higher,but its performance was far superior to others,could adapt to the complex stress environment,especially for the concrete base surface flatness was not high conditions. |
