The waterproof and adhesive layer is an important part of bridge deck pavement. The bridge deck diseases of Asphalt concrete especially the early damages indicate a fact that it is important to set the waterproof and adhesive layer in pavement structure. Nowadays in China, little studies on this topic is made, many bridge decks have diseased caused by the deterioration of waterproof and adhesive layer. So it great theoretical and practical affection to study and analyze the layer in views of material and experiment.The research object of this paper is a high viscosity asphalt waterproof and adhesive layer which is used on the bridge deck.Through the composition mechanism of the bond strength of the bonding material, we analyze the two major influencing factors—materials and interfaces of adhesive layer,which will influence the bond strength.Base on the large general-purpose finite element analysis software using the finite element theory to simulate Dubu 3rd Bridge of Qinglian speedway by the numerical calculation.By this calculation we can acquire the greatest tensile stress and maximum shear stress the bonding system,which can be as a controlled performance indicators for indoor experiment study of materials,at the same time,to change the parameters the bonding layer in order to achieve change disciplinarian of the stress distribution. Carrying out a series of fundamental properties comparison tests with four kinds of the high viscosity sphalt, SBS modified bitumen and epoxyasphalt, test results show that the high viscosity asphalt materials has better performance, especially the high viscosity of 3 # and 4 # asphalt, the high temperature stability & low temperature pliable were significantly better than the SBS modified asphalt and epoxy asphalt.Then 3 # and 4 # asphalt conduct research of the stability of interfacial bonding,in order to study the application performance of actual engineering of the high viscosity asphalt.The experiment includes three type tests—direct shear test, slope shear test and direct pull-out test, tests acquire the limit of anti-shear and anti-pull strength of the high viscosity asphalt, at the same time,by changing the test temperature, the interface conditions etc. of the test conditions to acquire strength changes disciplinarian of high viscosity asphalt,then comparing test results with numerical calculation results, by comparing analysis showed that high viscosity asphalt is applied on cement concrete bridge deck is completely reliable.In this paper, Dubu 3rd Bridge of Qinglian speedway Bridge is as the background of the project entity, high viscosity asphalt waterproof material bonded construction process have been studied, to ensure the high viscosity asphalt waterproof material bonded construction quality the paper bring forward the corresponding measures.
