| Because of the large span steel bridge,prefabricated components production,beautiful appearance,has the advantages of fast construction,more and more widely used in municipal bridge in our country,but the steel deck under vehicle load in complex stress characteristics and bridge deck pavement and the natural environment under the condition of direct contact with the use of complex problems easy to fatigue disease has been plagued by all engineering and technical personnel.According to the characteristics of Ma’anshan bridge project,two kinds of paving schemes for pouring asphalt concrete and epoxy resin asphalt concrete MA+SMA are drawn up.The material technical requirements of SMA are put forward,and the technica l performance of pouring asphalt concrete and epoxy resin asphalt concrete is compared and analyzed.Select and choose the Eliminator waterproof adhesive system and design its construction scheme.With the use of the asphalt test room of Tongji University in Shanghai,the anti deformation performance,fatigue performance,rutting resistance,anti skid performance and waterproof ability of the two bridge deck pavement structures are tested,and two kinds of bridge deck pavement structure are studied and compared.The pouring asphalt concrete +SMA scheme is selected as the bridge deck pavement plan of this project,and its construction scheme and quality assurance measures are designed. |
