| The gear pump, as the power element of hydraulic system, is very important to the hydraulic system. When gear pump works the hydraulic impact is inevitable. Since the limit of material and equipment, the aperture is usually magnified that between pump body and pump cover of Chinese gear pump when it works. As a result, the leakage is magnified. According to this issue, improve the structure of gear pump and solve the issue.According to the leakage issue, take gear pump CBJ35 as an example and improve its structure. First, analyze the leaking ways and calculate the leakage. Then, analyze the structure of pump cover and improve it. Build every component’s model of gear pump CBJ35 by using Pro/ENGINEER and then finish the virtual assembly.Use Fluent to simulate the inner flow field, get the pressure vector diagram and velocity vector diagram and analyze the result of simulation.Use Ansys to simulate the intensity of pump cover by the result of simulation by Fluent. Achieve the displacement nephogram, stress nephogram and deformation diagram. According to the result, the biggest stress is on holt hole, and the improving pump’s biggest stress is decreased, and the biggest displacement is decreased about 0.05mm. Account for the improvement is feasible. Use ANSYS to calculate the first to sixth order modal of the gear pump cover and end surface.Design gear pump’s test system based on PLC control, manufacture five proto and carry out hydraulic impact test, the result shows that the pump cover, pump body and gear all meet the requirements. The testing result shows leakage problem has been improved and the efficiency has not been changed which are all above 92%. The results can provide theoretical bases to design the gear pump. |
