China's economic development has led to the development of the construction industry, the construction industry in China, compared with other countries, started late. In terms of system, still is not perfect, Which China's construction often used industry management system is relatively extensive, random. In order to better survive and develop, the construction enterprises inthe construction industry begin to pay attention to the importance of management,because the project cost directly impact the costs. Most construction companies often will leave no stone unturned to project cost effective management, in achieving quality, while the progress of claims, as far as possible to reduce the project cost, namely to minimize the consumption of enterprises to create the most value.D company is a main industry for software development group's construction business, management compared to more mature construction enterprises seem extensive and arbitrary, especially in construction cost management system. In the management plan and focus solely on the actual total investment, while ignoring the management of the entire process. With increasingly fierce competition in the construction industry, the past cost management system has increasingly become a bottleneck for the company. The total investment of the construction project of the lack of effective control over budget investment projects reached 80%, the cost can not be controlled, reducing the company's competitiveness. D company needed to change perceptions of project cost management and effective cost management system reconstruction.
