Nuclear power is a kind of energy with a lot of advantages, safe, efficient, clear. Develop the nuclear energy is a basic policy in China. Compared with the conventional thermal power plant construction, long cycle of construction of nuclear power is weakness, repeatedly criticized. How to ensure the safety and quality of the premise, as far as possible to shorten the standard period, is the future development direction of nuclear power construction.Turbine is the most sophisticated equipment in the whole power plant, so the stability of it is related to the safety and economic benefit of the unit. The process of installing turbine will last a long time, so we call it key work. My purpose is to reduce the installation limit of turbine by the installation process optimization.The paper mainly describes the CPR1000 Nuclear half speed steam turbine installation process optimization, mainly divided into three parts:at first, adjust the radial clearance with the quantitative calculation method. Second, use spreadsheet to control the quality of turbine generator shaft connection. Third, establish a model to adjust the parallelism of turbine bearing.The result from this paper is very useful to guide other nuclear power plant to install the turbine in shortest time.We have already use it in one nuclear power plant, and the result is satisfactory. |
