Research On Engineering Quality Trust And Flexible Adjustment Of Quality Assurance

Quality margin is an effective way to control the quality risk of the project after the completion of the project.It is widely used in engineering practice.At present,the quality margin is deducted from the proportion of the total settlement of the project price by about5% and the margin is reserved.In most cases,in order to control their risk to the greatest extent,the owner usually sets the ratio of 5% to the rigid proportion.In the contract within 14 days after the termination of the defects liability period,the employer will return the remaining quality margin to the contractor.In the period of defects liability,the remaining quality margin interest is the Contractor’s loss.In many large projects,this part of the interest is huge.Therefore,it is important for the owners and contractors to study the moderating effect of the quality assurance.The project quality risk affects the owner’s decision on the quality assurance flexibility of the contractor,which belongs to the key decision variable.Therefore,based on risk,from the perspective of the owners,it is of practical significance to study the relationship between trust,quality management level and quality acceptance,and to help develop an effective quality assurance flexibility regulation mechanism.The structural equation model is used to explore the relationship between trust,quality management level and quality of engineering acceptance and quality margin,so as to provide a new idea for engineering project management.Not only can provide guidance for practical work,but also can enrich the theoretical system of project management,and has a certain theoretical significance.The main research results are as follows:(1)Based on the "standard construction bidding documents in 2007 edition of""construction quality management regulations" and "construction quality management procedures margin > on the construction process of quality net margin factors were analyzed,and through questionnaire factor analysis to identify the influence factors of trust factors of quality risk and indirect effect,quality control;(2)Further to the quality risk,quality guarantee,trust,relationship quality control was analyzed,the construction quality risk,quality guarantee,trust,relationship quality control path structure model,combined with the corresponding sample data,between four quantitative path,and gives the quality assurance regulation of soft gold advice;(3)According to the quality risk and trust relationship,quality control,construction quality evaluation index system of the level of risk,the advantages and disadvantages of the different methods of comparison,the choice of quality risk level of a practical work of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the quality risk evaluation results of flexible regulation and puts forward suggestions of quality assurance based on.Finally,the conclusions and limitations of this study are discussed,and the futureresearch directions are prospected...
