| The structure design and assembling method of high precision adjustment reflex light-tube are introduced in this paper. A parallel light could be transferred long distance from this independent device. The vertical plane or the horizontal plane could be the working plane of reflex light-tube. Meanwhile the original direction of the light didn’t change. The clear aperture’s size of light-tube is42mm, the light turning range is from470mm to530mm. The minimum height adjusting micro momentum of the light-tube can achieve0.005mm, the optical axis parallelism error of light after turning can be less than2". The structure of light tube using a high-precision grinding shaft and holing with a double bond to achieve lift-oriented, effectively control the process of the deflection when lifting the mirror. Using differential locking screw, locking with radiation diameter to no external load, avoid folding reflector mirror deflection. Three-dimensional modeling technology is used to simulate the design of the structure. The finite element analysis software is used to analyse the model. The structural optimization solutions and precautions during the work are introduced in the paper, too.Meanwhile, the specific alignment method of the reflex light-tube is introduced in the paper. And analyse the assembling principle, theoretical basis that using autocollimator and pentaprism to adjust the reflex light-tube. The approach in this paper reached the accuracy requirements of light-tube after adjustment. |
