| In recent years,the straddle monorail has gradually come into people’s vision with the characteristics of good landscape and low cost.In the process of straddle monorail line construction,the line shape of track beam directly affects the comfort and safety of straddle monorail.In order to improve the comfort and safety of straddle monorail,Wuhu rail transit innovated the use of continuous rigid frame PC track beam for the first time.At present,the alignment adjustment process of continuous rigid frame PC track beam is the repeated measurement and adjustment of the track beam position until the alignment adjustment accuracy of the track beam is satisfied.In view of the low accuracy,low efficiency and repeated measurement of the alignment adjustment method of the track beam,this paper began to study the precise alignment adjustment of the track beam.According to the linear adjustment principle and procedure of continuous rigid PC track beam,this paper presents a parameter calculation method for accurate adjustment of track beam.This method through the rail beam falls in front of the beam,the linear adjustment after the initial position(hereinafter referred to as "initial position")and design the location of the 3 d coordinate,to calculate the track beam from the initial position to move to the displacement of the design position adjustment screw length and quantity of the variation,thus controlled according to the calculation results,the track beam adjustment in place at a time,improve the efficiency and precision of the linear adjustment.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Analyze the three-dimensional coordinates of the measuring point of the initial position of the track beam,and use Solid Works three-dimensional modeling to determine the possible spatial position and shape of the track beam,and get the moving range of the track beam when the alignment is adjusted.(2)By analyzing the alignment adjustment steps of Wuhu rail transit rail girder and the coordinate data processing methods of measuring points,it finds out the matters needing attention in alignment adjustment of PC rail girder with continuous rigid frame and the deficiencies in data processing.(3)Through the study on the contour size of the continuous rigid PC track beam,it is prepared for the selection of the precise adjustment parameter points of the track beam,and the appropriate variables are selected in the design of the parameter adjustment method to make the parameter adjustment method suitable for the alignment adjustment of various specifications of the track beam.(4)Some knowledge of the space vector and the setting of the precise adjustment parameters of the track beam are described,and then the calculation method of the precise adjustment parameters is designed and the design principle of the calculation method of the precise adjustment parameters is introduced in detail.(5)The calculation method of the precise adjustment parameters is programmed and GUI interface is designed,and the calculation method of the precise adjustment parameters is checked through the adjustment data of the track beam in the project,and then the linear adjustment results of the track beam are analyzed to judge the feasibility of the calculation method of the precise adjustment parameters. |
