| Firstly, the safety management evaluation indexes system of electric power construction engineering project is constructed according to the basic theory of electric power construction engineering project. Then, this paper proposed evaluation model of electric power construction engineering project based on fuzzy Choquet integral and λ fuzzy measure. Finally, an example proves that the method is feasible and effective. The main research findings are follows:(1) To analysis deeply the background and significance, summary and review the research status at home and abroad, and finally give the technology research route.(2) According to the basic theory safety management of project and combing with the characteristics of electric power construction engineering project, this paper present basic content of safety management of electric power construction engineering project.(3) To present the basic construction principle and screening method of evaluation index system of safety management of electric power construction engineering project combing with the characteristics of electric power construction engineering project. Finally, construction evaluation indexes system.(4) To introduce the basic theory of fuzzy integral; the fuzzy measure of single index was calculated by AHP method; the fuzzy membership function was constructed; According to group decision making method to calculate the value of the evaluation index. Comments values of indexes are fused by Choquet integral operator; the detailed decision making steps are given.(5) The fuzzy integral method was applied to the evaluation of safety management of the expansion project of Hohhot thermal power plant, the result indicate that this method is feasible.(6) To give the research conclusion and further improvement suggestion. |
