Security risk assessment on support systems of power communication network can help us to discover the risks faced by the network, which is important for the safe operation of the power system. By establishing comprehensive evaluation index system of the power systems, network management systems, communicationroom and operating personnel,this paper developed a security risk assessment system for the support system of power communication network, which uses AHP to achieve risk assessment for each module functions.Based on the analysis of risk assessment techniques and related theory, the risk assessment is applied to the support system of electric power communication network.Combining the characteristics of electric power communication network,the paper determine the index system and evaluation methodsfor support system of power communication network, finally develop a support system power communication network security risk assessment system based on Web services. In the requirements analysis phase, we analyse the data requirements and functional requirements of the system, identify three sub-function modules of the system:data maintenance, assessment calculations and records check. In the research phase of system development program, we identify in Myeclipse for the development of tools and Microsoft SQL server as the back-end database, using the B/S mode and JDBC database access methods for systems development.In the system design phase,, system structure, main function routine processes, database tables, and system support index system has been designedrespectively. In order to achieve flexibility and maintainability of the system, system sets a variety of data management maintenance functions. Finally, developers implement and test various functions of the software system.It is shown in the test results that the system is easy to use, friendly interface, and flexibility needed to meet the functional requirements with high practicality.
