Since penetration acceleration make as target measurement of depth and layer in the explosion point of control technology, the measurement result would be of crucial importance .finally to the damage effect. Because the aero-force of rigidity is bigger, itself has the intense forced oscillation in the penetration process, which would affect the exactly measurement result, Therefore, penetration acceleration sensor and the installation method as well as the installation position of the aero-force ]play as a terribly important role.LS-DYNA as the most famous and explicit and implicit supplemented but who previously dominated as well as general type nonlinear dynamic analysis program in the world, which can simulate all kinds of complex problem in the real world, and especially be suitable for solution various two-dimensional, three-dimensional nonlinear structure whatever the impact of the collision in nonlinear dynamics. Therefore, this article selects LS-DYNA to simulate the penetration process, through the last exporting acceleration time process curve to reflect accelerated measurement which is accurate and stable.This research does the following research about this topic:(1) The influence comes from measurement result of penetration acceleration equipment in shell body axial position;(2) The influence comes from measurement result which is controlled installment spot shell body cross-section area contrasting with penetration acceleration equipment cross-section area ratio;(3) The influence comes from measurement result which is decided by the way connecting between penetration acceleration equipment and intense forced oscillation. Through the above research, which adopt reasonable the installation method of penetration acceleration sensor to filter aero-force itself high frequency and high amplitude signal of forced oscillation, obtain accelerated message to control the explosion point; At the same time, make the measurement amplitude of sensor and frequency have a sharp drop, optimize acceleration and testing sensor’s working conditions, enhance the testing sensor’s reliability. |
