Fuze for penetration is the brain of penetration weapon systems, which control the warhead detonated in the best position, complete the damage to the target, deviation of the position which warhead detonated will directly affect the damage performance. Due to the cost of the penetrator detonated test is expensive, amend its formula of the detonation extension time by penetration experiment is clearly not practical. Therefore, has to use numerical simulation which is low cost,to study the penetration overload characteristics of the penetrator penetration into reinforced concrete, damage characteristics of the target, combining the detonation control method of the fuze, to improve the detonation positional accuracy of penetrator.First, through analyzing differences of detonation control strategy between the single penetrator and complex penetrator, when dealing with monolayer thick concrete target and multilayer thin concrete target, proposed a way to study the concrete characteristics when penetrated and perforated, and the penetration overload characteristics of the fuze. Building the calculation model of penetration into thick concrete, obtained the simulation penetration overload signal of the fuze, defining the time when penetrator out of target under the policy time, and calculating the attenuation of speed. Building the calculation model of penetration into thin concrete, obtained much high frequency signal in the penetration overload of the fuze, and obtained one more overload signal during penetrator penetrating through the same layer when the penetrator oblique penetration into the target, contain that the detonation control strategy using a shielding time after detecting the penetrator touched the target, and the shielding time must make sure that the penetrator completely through the target. Modifying the head hood structure of the complex penetrator, adding a switch structure, greatly improved the accuracy of complex penetrator when touching the first floor of the target.Analyzing the detonation control methods, combining with simulation, correcting the formula of delayed detonation time in detonation control strategy for monolayer thick concrete target, greatly improving the accuracy of detonation position; correcting the formula of detecting shielding time in detonation control strategy for multilayer thin concrete target, greatly improving the accuracy of counting layers.
