Kunming Urban Village Reconstructions Of Municipal Road Engineering Feasibility Study

With the rapid development of China’s social and economic, expanding city size, increasing levels of urbanization. Original villages are gradually surrounded by cities, forming communities which have semi-rural and town features, and these are called villages in cities. Due to the lack of unified planning and management of villages internal infrastructure environment and security of those areas is poor, improve the living conditions of residents and improve the city’s quality is expected as a popular project by people. From Kunming’s urban development and real estate development perspective, due to geographical constraints, intensive development of the stock of land will be an important way to promote urban development. The supply of land for future real estate development of the main city of Kunming will undoubtedly take the land from the reconstruction project of villages in cities as the main source. Reconstruction of the Village is complex and involves diverse issues. Renovation project is bound to be a protracted process. This paper selects the municipal road in reconstruction project as research subject, takes full consideration of the road construction industry, through the analysis of regional research background, current situation and development, traffic analysis and forecasting, environmental impact analysis, economic evaluation and social evaluation, selects Panlong village in Kunming for example to explore necessity and feasibility of municipal road planning and construction in the transformation of villages in cities in detail, build suitable framework for municipal road feasibility, to better achieve the transformation of villages in cities, to promote the development of the modern city, has some reference and reference for Kunming and the country’s "villages in cities" municipal road construction.
